I'm even sure if people still read this but I'll post a little update anyways :)
I suppose the biggest thing going on with me is that Liam and I broke up a couple weeks ago in a very mutual friendly sort of way. Neither of us is grouchy about it, but it makes school sort of weird since we've been dating nearly the whole time we were at school together. But we're friendly and as proof of that we played Trivia together last weekend.
If you haven't heard of Lawrence's trivia contest...it's a pretty big deal. Teams play from literally all over the world as well as the most hardcore teams that play on campus. Winners receive pretty mild prizes (this year my team won a jar of pickles that we had brought over to the radio station where the contest is held) but hardcore bragging rights for the rest of the year. My team came in second to a team that has been winning forever...and ever...but coming in second was pretty awesome. The game is truly intense- it starts on friday night at 10.00.37pm and continues till the last question is asked on sunday night (this year it ended at 1:30 am) with no stops whatsoever. Friday night I stayed up playing/helping out at the radio station till 8:30 saturday morning...like I said, people get intense.
Sarah's boyfriend and one of my good friends are both Trivia Masters, meaning they wrote the questions and get a total of 8 hours or so of sleep over the whole weekend. (as seen in the picture below where my poor friend Tim passed out in the radio station right before he had to go on air)

One of the "action questions" (where on-campus teams must physically participate in some sort of challenge usually involving dressing up and then a surprise when they arrive at their location) took place during Zombie Hour (a traditional theme hour) which required each team to take ...15 minutes or so to get in full zombie attire and appear at the radio station. When they arrived they were surprised by huge plates of red jell-o for a truly disgusting jell-o eating contest. So of course, who was asked to make 10 boxes of jell-o? why me and Sarah of course (which is why i did NOT volunteer myself for that action question). We enlisted the help of our friend Justin and went to town. I'll spare you pictures of the actual eating contest...
Other action questions included the sad but funny bellyflop contest

and the "Jersey" party, Where trivia crashed a frat party called the Jersey party, where one is supposed to wear their favorite team sports jersey, but the action question called for everyone to dress as the biggest New Jersey stereotype (my team won this action question)

So then trivia was over and everyone who played was in a haze for the rest of the week...Maura and I finished planning our recital program and it's going to be pretty fantastic with a surprise twist at the end ;) I'll write more when I have more to say!
