Wintertime!

Back at school and working hard. Really hard. I'm taking German which is not so much work, and then Music History which is a rather absurd amount of reading nightly, plus the real killer–Introduction to Francophone Literature which is all translating a million loads of reading. Plus the opera is going up at...the end of february? So staging starts tonight!
My friends Dan and Jordan and I started playing folk music, and we've gotten a couple gigs which is exciting so that's the newest thing going on with me.

Also it's full on winter. I went up for a weekend at Bjorklunden (our school's reatreat on Lake Michigan) for a music class and spent more time outside.


For clear lessons-in the last picture on here, everything past those reeds is frozen solid lake michigan.The first time I went out was at like 1:30 am when there was a giant full moon and you could see everything because it reflected so well off the snow...awesome. then liam and I went out the next day with my camera-very cool :D so my winter is exponentially cooler than your winter basically!
